Cancellation Policy
Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours and again 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Sarah directly by text or email.
Online cancellation through the booking system does not notify Sarah and will not be considered a confirmed cancellation.
Cancellations must be made by the calendar day prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made the day before or the day of the appointment will be charged the full service amount, as this time has been reserved specifically for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late or failing to show will be considered a no-show and charged the full appointment value.
All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking. Cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
House call appointments require additional travel time and scheduling accommodations and follow the same cancellation policy.
Appointment requests outside of business hours may incur a premium.
